Clear Conversations is made by ioloro. This policy explains what the app and the school portal collect and why. We keep it minimal on purpose.

What we collect

Accounts

If you sign in — as a trainee, or as school faculty/admin — we store your name, email, the school you belong to, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.

Practice sessions

When a trainee practices a station, the app records that a session happened: which station, when, roughly how long, and whether it completed. Schools see this as aggregate usage. The content of your spoken conversation with the AI patient is not recorded or stored by us.

School content

Stations and files a school uploads are stored so they can be delivered to that school's trainees. They belong to the school.

The AI patient

Live conversations are powered by a third-party avatar provider to generate the patient's voice and video in real time. Audio is processed to enable the conversation; we do not retain recordings.

What we don't do

No advertising, no selling of personal data, no cross-site tracking.
